Id see delight in the shade of the morning sun My morning sun is the drug that brings me near ... I used to think that the day would never come That my life would depend on the morning sun << True Faith by New Order >> another portrait yes, this time even with some shading on the skin! and little details! and the funnest part was actually doing the hair. believe it or not. at first i wasn't even sure on drawing this, then i decided why not hey, and i loved the portrait more with each day that went by. and i just LOVE the new wave punky hairstyle. i'm also pretty happy with the result. my scanner didn't ruin it which makes me think it's also cos i must've done a better job with the dark areas. original photo from fashion magazine "velvet", by john akehurst. 2b, b, 5b and 9b pencils.
